Our Hiring Process
All personnel provided by Cardinal will meet or exceed the training and certification requirements, at a minimum, each team member will possess the following credentials:

U.S. Coast Guard Fit for Duty physical standards

T-HUET(Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
Relevant qualifications such as B1/OCS Exemption, MMC, Passport, and other supporting documentation — along with training certifications like H2S, STCW, etc. — are always encouraged and appreciated.
