Established in 2005, Cardinal Culinary Services (Cardinal) began as a small catering company serving the Gulf of Mexico. Over the past 20 years, we have grown into a trusted provider of global-standard catering, housekeeping, laundry, and facility support services—serving both onshore and offshore environments across a variety of industries.
At Cardinal, our mission is simple: to make exceptional service feel seamless. We deliver consistent, dependable support through a team of professionals who meet U.S. Coast Guard Fit for Duty physical standards—ensuring they are capable, qualified, and ready to perform in demanding environments. Leadership & Expertise
Founded by Mike and Patrick Robinson, Cardinal is led by a team of seasoned professionals who bring decades of hands-on industry experience to every project. Our leadership team includes management, executive chefs, project managers, and logistics specialists with deep backgrounds in offshore operations, workforce support, and remote site services.
Unlike many companies where leadership is distant from daily operations, Cardinal’s owners and executive management team will actively be involved in the day-to-day operations. Their direct engagement ensures that decisions are informed by real-time insight, and that client expectations are consistently met with accountability, agility, and care.
