CHIEF STEWARD/CHEF


Requirements:

• 5+ Years of operational knowledge in kitchen operations preferred
• Culinary degree or qualifying experience
• Knowledge of current health code standards
• Team-oriented
• Self-motivated

Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing a team of 3-15 kitchen personnel within a galley environment
• Developing menus
• Managing inventory

 

GALLEY HAND/LINE COOK

Requirements:

• 2+ Years line cook experience
Team-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of culinary standard operations a must
• Knowledge of recipes and culinary techniques a plus

 

HOUSEKEEPING/JANITORIAL

Requirements:

• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Team player

Job Duties:

• Laundry Services
• Kitchen Duties
• Cleaning
